The package was shipped the 3rd of September and made it to Chicago quickly. DHL requested prepayment of taxes & duties which I did immediately. Then the package sat for a week despite 3 emails and 2 phone calls to DHL. The package started to move again. DHL credited back the duties saying it was a mistake. I recommend the seller.
