Started a return through eBay which was easy. Unfortunately eBay provided a wrong return label as item was heavier than return label allowed so had to spend a few days sorting it out. Ended up returning it myself via another courier. Can’t give negative for that though as it was definitely a post office issue obviously. I would definitely recommend getting tracked postage and not the “only tracked on delivery” service supplied as standard. I had raised a lost delivery report which was 1 day off being fully activated. 17 days from order to delivery.
