I have no idea what happened to the item once it was out of my hands and into the buyers'. Alls I know is the item was in GOOD WORKING CONDITION when I shipped it. The ITEM WAS NOT DEFECTIVE. For me, as a seller, ebay did not even look into this fairly. I am a great ebayer and have been since 2007 when I opened a business store before I opened this store for personal items in 2012.
