Despatched using Evri, but was refused at Chinese customs and returned. I was having doubts. But I had good communication from the seller. Item was resent using UPS. This time, a quick delivery. Although it took 25 days total time. I got this item at a very good price. It arrived undamaged. Despite the long wait, I am very pleased and all is good with the helicopter, it's fantastic.

Helicopter arrived in perfect condition and detail and finish is stunning. Yet to fly as only arrived today but blown away by how good it looks. May order another if it flys as well as looks. 5 star

Contacted seller who was very helpful and understanding. They asked for pictures and I sent. Instantly the deeply apologised for mistake. Told me they would send brand new parts out straight away. Parts arrived and fitted as standard and in literally 5 minutes. The seller dispatched the item very quickly from China and it soon arrived in London but then the trouble started. Evri first decided they were going to return to seller, then they said they had tried to deliver it (but not to me). The tracking went quiet for a few days so I tried to talk to Evri, (forget it). It finally arrived so well done China, but don't use Evri again is my advise.
