So I tried to loosen the straps so it would fit better, but there isn't much give. So ive had to undo one of the straps so instead of the harness going over your shoulders and around your waist, it now goes around your neck and fastens around the waist. It's not ideal, but it works and will do for now.

I use my Go Pro when road cycling and the hook is important, as the camera is upside down and needs to be pulled away from the chest due to my riding position. Glad i opted for this item.
