On opening the boxes, the back foot was broken off and still in the plastic package. Shipping took longer than expected, many handling stops between NJ and IL. The foot must have been broken in all the handling of the package. Communication with the seller was positive, he suggested how to repair the statue. He also gave me a $25 credit for any future purchase.
