"Please recheck the filters. The shipping staff remembers your order and are confident they shipped the correct ones." That statement gives the impression of this customer lying, or not knowing what he ordered. So I returned the filters and reordered the correct ones. We asked you to verify that we shipped the wrong filters so no more mistakes were made. We then asked you to return them and we immediately shipped the correct ones. No reorder necessary. All this took place in a 24 hour timeframe. I don't know what more we could do to please you. He didn't beleive me. had to send picture. he said usps wouldn't sent anything that leaked. still didn't beleive me. product had leaked before he shipped it as no staining inside shipping box. i had to send picture of bottle. he said looks like a couple of drops. he said company only fills bottle 2/3 full. i received other products later that had 2" of product. The bottle isn't even 2" which is to say most of this statement is wrong. What we did is confirm your concern by looking at your pictures and you were right. Then we offered to send you a partial refund and you keep the product, ship a new product, or accept your return. You declined all and stopped communicating.
