It appears to be in great condition and is fast compared to my old laptop. It is a good sturdy laptop with little or no appearance of use. I had seen other reviews saying it was heavy but I didn't fine it excessively so, just well built. I am very pleased with my purchase so far and it seems to be a bargain compared to buying new.

The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money.
