I had issue with the webcam but the customer service (Craig) was very helpful and willing to go extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. He made sure the issue is fixed asap and it was sent to me via the next day service. If someone wants to buy a refurb laptop - these guys are the best.

The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money. PCRenewed proved to be a reliable seller
