I bought it based on the confirmation received but I still got the wrong part (needed 24, got 30). However, seller was super responsive pre and post sale and issued an immediate refund. I have purchased from 365 Cycles before and would not hesitate to do so again. Taking off a star due to the mixed up description (which still exists).

They were very patient with me in dealing with a (local) delivery service issue where the original package had been completely mis-delivered, again to no fault of 365! They were very generous in helping me through the issues and now I've got some great new cranks to slap on my dream bike build!
