I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

Seller did their best, this was an international purchase so it gets a little complicated when there are issues, but as stated a compromise was reached.

The seller offered me a partial refund to keep the mug, or a full refund upon return. Since I did not know how to "refurbish" it, I requested to return it for a full refund. As soon as the return was approved, almost immediately, I received a total refund, and was given plenty of time to return the item. I am very happy with this seller!.
