Good communication I had a remedy for the problem within ten hours which was over night super helpful. Very pleased with the service and price. Would purchase from this seller again. The items seem usable, also although picture clearly shows shocks RS5000 and strut assemblies RS9000 wish description would have said that, was really looking for adjustable front and rear, but will live with what I chose
