The seller did contact me (to let me know that the colour was different and sent a picture too), to see if I wanted to continue with the purchase. I had no problems with the slight difference. The item was dispatched the following day and arrived safely a few days after. The hair pin is of high quality and stunning. Packaging could of been better, that really is the only negative. I'm happy.

No paid postage to return. Was offered tiny amounts as compensation which I refused. Eventually said full refund had been issued, but this, was a lie. Nothing received. Finally contacted ebay who refunded in full. Do not buy from this seller.
