Still w a dead laptop here. Finally they said talk to eBay and blocked me. I talked to eBay. They agreed this seller messed it all up on all fronts. A case is open. I will get my money I’m sure. Point is I feel like they created this wound and then poured salt on it. Then ripped off the bandaid. This was an international order, and a full refund was issued to the buyer, despite their claim that only half was refunded. The buyer never opened a case, as their statement about receiving half the refund is untrue. While there was a mistake in sending the wrong adapter, we made every effort to resolve the issue promptly. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused.
