It was supposed to be shoulder length, but was instead very short, not past ears. The hair was also cut unevenly when it was supposed to be symmetrical. Tags are added to all products that say returns are void if removed, but it is impossible to try on without removing the tag. The vendor did respond to an inquiry about the item, but ultimately posting products that don’t match their photographs wastes everyone’s time. Other reviews confirm this.
