So I took a gamble and it paid off! I wanted the chair as a novelty part of my seaside theme garden and it looks the part! Was about 20 mins for me to put together. The instructions were fine. I understand it’s not the strongest chair ever but for us it works as at that price it’s worth it and I think it looks great!

All of the parts were so easy to put together with the best set of instructions I have ever encountered. All of the tools needed were included and it didn't take long to set up. I tested it out in the garden with a nice cup of tea. Easily adaptable with three settings and wonderfully comfortable!

Was told straight away they would send out the strips. Was shocked when a complete new kit arrived and was very grateful. Highly recommend. Good value for money and speedy communication made this potentially annoying situation completely steess free! Thank you so much! 🙂

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
