The were beautiful plates. So sad that one did not make it. I contacted the seller and was immediately refunded for the cost and shipping for one plate which was very fair. It is sad that our mail carriers do not pay attention to Fragile or our packages. I will do business again with this seller as I had an overall positive experience.
