They offered to send me alternative colours and other watch designs to choose from. I chose new watches from the list shared and they were delivered promptly and were of great quality. I’ve only just realised they also cost more than my original order however the seller didn’t charge me the price difference. Thanks again, Great customer service and excellent communication!!!
