    USPS lost my package and TILO was very supportive and helpful with resolving the issue. I eventually received the necklace, and it was clean, packaged securely and safely. It was exactly as described, and the length was perfect, but the style isn't ideal for me. Great value for the cost though. Will continue to do business with TILO.
