Sadly, the lid doesn’t secure to the base so you have to be careful when picking it up not to allow it to separate or you might spill the contents of the ashtray. Other than that I’m pleased with it. Shipping costs reasonable. Packaging was adequate. Shipping time adequate. Would buy from again.

Seller DID respond fast, offering parts from an out-of-box unit. But it appears it is a board issue, stopping the 2nd half of driver circuitry from working. I requested a full replacement if I paid shipping, but didn't get a response. I waited a day then submitted a return request... but ebay just immediately refunded in full!?
