This seller asked the same question and said that he will need to see it, I sent it, this seller didn't fix it. I lost $60 plus my shipping $20. The as also specifies that if repair is not possible, a $35 service fee plus $25 return shipping applies. By purchasing the service, you agreed to those terms. I even offered additional assistance with data recovery beyond what was required. Despite this, you chose to leave negative feedback. It unfairly damages my reputation and misrepresent situation.

I purchased the repair service, shipped the item to the seller and got a lightning fast turn around and shipped back to me. It took me a couple weeks to be able to re install my item but once I did it worked perfectly again. A repair was the only solution due to the age of my item and not being able to get a new replacement. Very reasonable price.
