I contacted the seller who said I should do this and do that. Nothing worked. We are now in August and the seller refuses to refund and wants to replace it. I just want my money back to buy a different brand as I’m not happy with this. So if you’re looking to buy from this company think long and hard before you part with a lot of money as they don’t stand by their faulty products. AVOID!
