I contacted seller with questions they didn’t answer them only said they are from a box of 16 I asked them for a photo of the box they sent me a website stock image of a box 32. Seller then responded with what’s in the photo. They have left my parcel at the address 2 streets over (different street name !!). Only thanks to the honesty of those people I got the parcel hand delivered 5 days later than it was marked by eBay as delivered. There is no way to contact the seller and try to ask eBay for any help - good luck.
