Allows you to reposition it numerous times without tearing or affecting its adhesion. Follow the simple instructions and it will work. Took several attempts to position it correctly before applying heat. A regular hair dryer works fine, no need for heat gun. Just be patient and take your time.

The vinyl was too long and slightly wider for both pieces, trying to cut it was bad and the adhesive didn't stick well at all and the curving the vy il to contour the body was worse. I have had installed vinyl before, I know the routine The plastic film was removed as well. Since it didn't stick properly, I removed it. I didn't bother with the other side and threw it away. I also purchased the door chrome vinyl and I'm pretty skeptical that it'll work at all.
