Packaging of the product was pretty solid, so it didn't arrive broken. Did have issues with the touch response, but that's an error on my end with the repair. Would consider the seller reliable!

I didn't receive my product for almost a month and that was because the USPS doesn't know how to ship packages I guess. Other than that the seller and I messaged back and forth about this and they were great to work with over this issue.

Very well packaged and padded. Arrived in perfect condition. The display appears to be new. HP OEM quality. A little pricey, considering the age of the HP EliteOne 800 G4 that it was going into; but much less expensive than all the others listed on eBay or Amazon. The display was clean and crisp once installed. Picture is perfect. I would definitely recommend this seller!
