If you shop Detroit Axle you know the drill, their parts are decent and the customer service, when it exists, is terrible. At the end of the day they're a high volume seller catering to a price point. They'll get you back on the road cheaper than other brands, just don't expect much support if you need it.

I had sent an email inquiring about when it would ship a 4-23 It's an amazing value; all their parts are and with a 10yr warranty you have some peace of mind. Detroit Axle will be my go-to

It's a great value for the money. There were some issues with the shipping company delaying the shipment for couple of days (it seemed like they had lost the package) but company kept great communication throughout the whole ordeal and stepped up to manage the situation as I was getting nowhere with the shipping company.
