I bought it with the expectation of receiving a brand-new, undamaged, and fully functional item, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I am very disappointed with this

Their response was to offer to send a replacement. They didn't ask for me to do the time consuming task of returning the defective light. The replacement was shipped the next day.
