Pictures showed a broken piece that we both the buyer and seller were aware of. The seller is not slot car specifi c seller and could not know details of the car I found when it arrived and I disassembled it. It is no fault of the seller not knowing what was broken on the inside. That said, the seller was concerned with my happiness with the product and went out of their way to make it right. Carefully packaged in bubble wrap, I hope saved the Lady from further damage. This is no fault of the seller and I appreciate their efforts in wrapping. She is in need of repair and I knew this I when I purchased her.
