The shell of my PROHEAR headphones is very shallow and did not allow enough room for your ears. These are a great value and are the only thicker gel pads available and the seller shipped them super-fast.

That was not good enough, the customer demanded a refund and threatened to use a negative review and feedback to get a free item. Unfortunately, ebay does not protect sellers like they do with the buyers. The claims made are false. The only difference was the color of the battery coating, everything else is the same as in the listing. The customer is not always right, especially in this case.
