I must say that the packaging was absolutely remarkable, nevertheless a knock caused a small breakage which made me fear the worst (some buttons no longer worked). Fortunately, thanks to a technician i was able to fix the issue. The user always replied and followed the evolution of the story, so Thank you very much for the support.
