The press works as advertised. Only thing I don't like is that the tray needs to come out further from under the heating element. When fully pulled out, the tray is still 1-3" under the heating element and it makes it harder to get tshirt collars over the inside edge .

Been using it every other day since last week and works better than the old Heat press. Only adjustment is u need to fold the shirts make a crease so u can line up ur print since the shirt bundle up in the back but other then that that fast and easy 👍🏼👍🏼😎
