When I contacted the seller, instead of sorry etc i was told they have never had an issue shipping 100’s of hats etc. when I explained it was ruined they asked for a photo which i sent. I had to ask for a refund to stop the back and forth nonsense. Refund was issued and the hat was tossed in the trash. The photo of the man wearing it is NOT the hat you get.
