An open-ended box-set of DVDs was basically just put inside a satchel without being wrapped / secured, so of course all the DVDs fell out of the box, now loose in the satchel, and crushed it. Taped the box back together, looks perfectly fine on the shelf, but still annoying (certainly not worth returning or anything). Other than that though, seller was quick to send and DVDs themselves seem to be as described.
