The seller offered a refund but for some inexplicable reason they decided to make a deduction from my money. Then communication stopped until I got eBay to intervene. Seller stated that a spray nozzle would be sent separately. Nothing was received. I then began to pack up the item & the spray nozzle fell out of the hose coils where it had apparently been lodged. This annoying issue could easily have been resolved had the seller communicated with me. Product ended up being really useful but I would not use this seller again.
