Company sent me three totally wrong packs of needles. Not what I ordered. I returned all 3 packs in good faith. I paid £10.98 and was refunded £7.32. They have not answered emails requesting they look into this even though I have sent pictures of their original invoice.. Shocking customer service awful company.
