There was confusion in the listing that resulted in the item not being usable. The seller apologized for any error and promptly issued a refund. No return of the item was required, avoiding further hassle. I greatly appreciate a seller that stands behind their word. A+ seller, would deal again. Cons: Minor time delay to get replacement Pros: Seller apologized for confusion, prompt refund, no item return required.
