    The seller was very prompt and helpful and the item was delivered as described. I had a few questions both before purchasing and while testing and validating the hardware and the seller answered all of my questions very quickly (impressive given the timezone difference!). Package arrived quickly and well-packaged, nothing was damaged and the product worked well with no surprises. I’m looking forward to buying more hardware from them in the future! Thanks tugm4470!

    My items were well packaged and shipped extremely quickly. This item was able to go from China to me before a package from a neighboring state could get to me. CPU and Motherboard both arrived in perfect condition. Items were as described. Seller responded quickly to all question I had about my product. I will buy from them if I need more server hardware.

    As described; however I wish there was more documentation than I could find at Adaptec site. Packaging was quite good, protecting the item fromdamage due to rough handling. Tracking via SpeedPAK was terrible this time. It appears seller did not deliver the product to the shipper for at least 7 days from the time Shipping Label was created. Ended up arriving about 4 days after original last arrival tdate, but I blame this on SpeedPAK, not the seller
