Item was fragile and was very appropriately packaged to prevent damage AND had the appropriate "FRAGILE" all over package for the carrier to be aware of handling it improperly could result in damage. Item was exactly a described AND also seller offered a 30 day return window if not satisfied for some reason at the buyers expense for shipping. Value of item purchased was great!

I'm always apprehensive about glassware being delivered via carrier, however, it is easy to see that these glasses were packaged with the utmost care and safety! Individually bubble wrapped, then wrapped in paper several times and then within sturdy box filled with paper to keep glasses safe and snug. Thank you! Excellent Seller. A pleasure. Highly recommend! Got an email that the package had been delivered. Opened the front door... nothing there. Looked twice. I re-read the email, it said the package had been "left in a place away from public view". I went outside again, thinking perhaps it had been delivered next door. That's when I saw the package behind the letterbox, right next to the footpath. The id*ot delivery person thought this was safe!
