The packaging was great and the instruction booklet was very clear. 30 minute installation and it works perfectly! It had a pre-printed label for the return. Just so others will understand, though, this is only the lower part. It does not come with the lid. No biggie for me, I just used my old one. Looked great out of the box! Worth every penny! Highly recommend! A+++++

Was the exact TIPM fuse box for my 2004 dodge ram diesel. The remanufactured TIPM that I received, was like brand new! All new fuses and relays to original specifications for my vehicle. NOTE.. take the time to send your vehicle vin. Number and they will be sure to send you the TIPM that’s specifically for your vehicle. Also… they will buy back your old TIPM core with prepaid shipping.

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that shipping took a little longer than expected. Otherwise, solid seller I’d buy from again.

I am a “watch a YouTube video do it yourself” kind of guy and thought I found the issue. Shipped them my item and received updates from them and loved that. I had an email explaining what was all found wrong with my item. Got it back and reinstalled it and have not looked back since.
