When I inquired why, he/she said because I did not respond to their email within 24 hours (I did respond within a day and a half). He then stated that “ they must ship a purchased item within 24 hours or Ebay dings my shipping metric.” Cancelling the order within 24 hours unilaterally is poor customer service.
