First mailing seemed to get lost in the mail, but then when I notified this seller I was sent another one which arrived quickly. Really responsive and good service and I expect to be buying from this seller again. The way this gasket is packaged makes it easy to see what it is when in storage and maintains its shape and good appearance.

Offered to send the wrong gasket back, but was told not to do that and that they would send the right gasket......that was several weeks ago. Messaged them, but no response. Why offer to send the right gasket if you're not going to follow through?
