Through no fault of the seller, the post office messed up delivery and I had to claim it in person. The part was as described in great condition and an excellent value to extend the life of an appliance we received as a wedding present back when things were built out of metal and glass and not cheap plastic! I would definitely recommend and purchase from this seller again.

When it arrived, I asked the seller for a refund, thinking the mistake was theirs. They got back to me offering the full refund, even though the problem was clearly my fault. That's pretty amazing! I didn't end up getting the refund because I realized the problem was caused by me not reading the description.
