The "problems" with the item were that we sent the wrong colour. Truth is we were very apologetic and got the item returned at our expense. We then sent a replacement also at our expense but obviously we expected you to keep the FREE lube. We have done everything we could to fix this but whatever we did you were not happy. Perennial moaner messaging every 5 minutes. Most customers are a pleasure to deal with, sadly not this time.
