Granted, I was not able to be there for signature which was also a great thing to have to ensure it gets delivered correctly. Packaging was nicely sealed with a message on tape stating "check contents if seal is broken. Item was securely packaged and item came as described. It was an great price and looked brand new and never used. Item just didn't didnt fit in my computer as it had a different connector. I contacted the seller who was understanding and suggested I open a return which I did. They were quick and professional in response to my questions. Would def order from them again
