(We will know when we not see the physical defect on data side & the discs can be played like they’re supposed to. Then, we asked the buyer to consider getting the non-damaged one to ease her mind (which we have in other listing for $2 higher. Then, we did hold her shipment. Unfortunately, we do not check/reply our inbox on weekends & do it just once a day on workdays. Her return request msg came in Fri & we refunded Monday
