Its a Dell OEM card and we all know what we are doing to these cards. Flashing them to a regular LSI firmware. Worked great for me. At first it didn't like my drive cage enclosure but once it was Flashed it worked perfect. I got exactly what I expected the card looks great. I inquired about them shipping ASAP they replied and shipped it first opportunity they could and it arrived 2 days earlier then expected.

Turns out there are a LOT of different ways to accomplish this depending upon your hardware.
