If I had the option a second time I would choose the plain bag. Embroidery process stitch’s through an internal pocket rendering it unusable.

Excellent communication with seller, working together to come to an agreement of a partial refund which was done immediately. Seller did offer a full refund but as only 2 were damaged, I wasn't intending on using them as mugs, they were more for decorative use and could easily be glued, I suggested a partial refund. Most definitely a seller I highly recommend 5☆☆☆☆☆!
