I received 2 duplicate sprues, and while I can now assemble 8 miniatures, they will not have shoulder-pads, backpacks or complete bolters. I reached out to the seller to see if I could return the duplicate for the correct half, or just purchase the 2 other halves, but never received a response. For reference, here's a screenshot of what was advertised vs. what I actually received.

So if you need fast turnaround, perhaps not the place to go. 6 days from purchase to shipped, I received about 13 days after order(across country). So keep that in mind. No communication about timeframe. But hey, let them cook item was exactly as described, and again a great deal.

One piece of the model is slightly melted, I assume from the friction of the padded envelope getting caught on something during shipping, and another part was broken, though neither problem is bad enough to be considered unfixable. An extra layer of bubble wrap around the item inside the padded envelope may have prevented the damage from happening at all.
