    Seller is outstanding! We ordered a used coffee machine, which was delivered nicely packed and packaged. Unfortunately, it arrived in non-functional condition. We reported that to the seller, and the seller resolved the issue promptly.

    Very carefully packed and in great condition, as described, and worth every cent. Two cleanings and then the print quality was perfect. It took 4 extra days to get here - transferred 9 times between pickup and delivery (that's on FedEx, out of the seller's control) but worth the wait. Within 10 minutes, it was up and running - even included new cartridges, one of which I needed right away. Very pleased with the purchase. I cannot imagine a better vendor . . .
