Seller posted what looked to be good pictures which did show 1 additional scuff. Price was good so I felt OK with it just needing a polish. open the package which was very well packed to find the flags loose on the buckle, two of the three pins broken and a deep scrape across the flags in which neither were stated in description or visible in pics.
